facilities are spread between two historic buildings on
separate secluded sites ‘I Vallaroni’, a 17th
century country villa and ‘La Madreselva’,
an 18th century shepherd’s cottage. (Car rental
is recommended for both sites but is essential for ‘La
Madreselva’)

An 17th century building
which has been restored to a very high standard, retaining
all the character and charm of the original building while
still allowing all comforts and necessities of modern
living. The property consists of three floors. The ground
floor offers a large communal living with dedicated internet
point and PC desk area. The communal area, light and cool,
benefits from an impressive vaulted ceiling. First and
second floors offering two bed-sitters and two apartments
that sleep 2-3 people each. All accommodation has its
own private bathroom and private kitchen or cooking area.
Adjacent to the main villa is a two person apartment designed
for disabled access. In
the event of a single party rental of the whole villa,
access to a professionally equipped kitchen will be provided.
(Please note that in all rental circumstances
self-catering is required.)

The property is a refurbished
18th century shepherd’s cottage refashioned in ‘topsy-turvy’
style with living accommodation on the first floor and
sleeping accommodation set out at ground level. The first
floor living area is light and breezy and comprises a
well organised kitchen that leads to a living room with
widows affording magnificent views. The living room benefits
from an extra divan bed for a possible sixth guest. The
ground floor has two well appointed bedrooms, one being
a double (sleeps two) and the other sleeping three in
single beds. The modern bathroom is off a dressing area.
The property retains its period character and has some
early 19th century furnishings.
